The client wanted to provide the best experience to a select 250 people who were shortlisted over an in-flight survey of Spicejet Airlines. These fliers were to be provided an extraordinary experience in India. The event was also to celebrate the launch of the new Boeing 900 acquired by the company.
After a series of reccae in the country, we zeroed down and proposed Goa as a destination where the select travelers would be given a special treat for 3 days.
The serious challenge was to exclusively book a resort for the event in Goa. We shortlisted the Clarion Beach resort – with the private beach. We booked the whole resort and turned around the management of the event..The guests were brought into goa by two chartered flights – one from Delhi & the other from Mumbai.
The actual or measurable benefit to be derived by organising an event is what inspires any company to undertake activities such as product launches, conferences, etc.
